House Listed

Well, our house is listed. I'll post a link to it tomorrow. If you or anyone you know is moving to the Rapid City area, our house is great. Good location, good price, and super cute house that everyone will enjoy. It's just not big enough for our growing family. Yes, I said growing. We are expecting and will have another child on or around October 8th. We're pretty excited and we need a new house with more bedrooms.

Pass on the word.

Get outside.

Morning Workouts.

Met a couple guys to run M-hill today. It's far too muddy to ride, but perfect for running. After we finished the good ole run up and down, we did a little bouldering to pump up the upper body.

I'm going to get into climbing this summer. My goal, to ride to a bouldering location, then do some of that to work the upper body. I need to enjoy more of the out of doors this summer.

I have a 16 month old kid who loves being outside. What better example could I be than by taking him on out door adventures. The only thing I'd have to be cautious of is him eating rocks. Yes, he eats rocks.

I'm completely pooped after my run today. My 2 miles tomorrow will be easy ones. I wish my dog was tired but I'm sure she's all rested up and ready to roll.

One other thing I need to do, I need to start posting more pictures. I'm gonna do it. I also need to post pictures of my newest steed in the shed. Kona Kula Supreme. It's pretty and awesome.

'til tomorrow... Get outside and do something.

OH, the Fat Tire Festival is coming up shortly.

Time to start posting again.

I haven't posted in forever. I've been riding my bike nearly everyday to work. The only days I haven't are the days I have to pick up my boy from daycare. My new job is awesome but extremely busy.

I made a new goal for myself that isn't bike related but it is fitness related. I want to run 2 miles everyday for the next 100 days. If I can't run, I need to ride 10 miles. It really shouldn't be a problem unless my knees start bothering me, which they could and then I'd just ride.

On that note, I have an appointment with an orthopedic surgen (I think) to check out my knees toward the end of May. I'm excited to find out if anything is actually wrong with them.

I didn't get into the Laramie Enduro. I wish they didn't have limits on the amount of people they let in. Oh well...

My new Kona is all put together. I've ridden it once on the trail and it was alright. I have some tweaking to do before it's all settled. So far it feels like it could be fast if I can get my ass in shape.

I recently decided that I do miss having a road bike. Someday I'll have one again. For now I'll keep riding the mountain bikes I have on the road or not. They don't cruise as fast on the road but still a bike is a bike.

Good to see you all again. I'll try and post more often.
