Bike commute - round trip - 13 miles

Ride to track - round trip 4.4 miles

4x800 meter sprints for time.
1. 3:06
2. 3:08
3. 3:14
4. 3:18

Total bike miles = 17.4 miles
Total miles = 19.4 miles
